Family Therapy

Our family relationships are an important factor to our overall health and well-being.
In family therapy the therapist helps families deepen their connections and understanding of each other, manage conflict and stress, relieve emotional distress and change negative behavior patterns.

For therapy requests for children, our therapist utilizes a systemic approach and treats the child as part of the family. Parental involvement is expected in the therapy process.

Some issues that are treated in therapy are:

  • Anxiety
  • Behavioral Issues
  • Co-dependency
